“The wise are people who by experience have come to the realization that life can only be successfully prosecuted by the all-knowing knowledge and all sufficient sufficiency of the Almighty God.” Inyene Udoekong My best part in every thought is how I welcome you here to my refined-thought-shelf. You are most welcome to be back here and don’t forget to like, comment and share before you gracefully step out. Thank you! As humans, we have been given the privileges to replicate the kingdom virtues and values of heaven here on earth. I believe no one can fill our unique positions like each of us ultimately will. I remember speaking to a wonderful colleague at the time institutions and workers were plunged into uncertainties as they courageously managed the aftermath of the pandemic. Even in the event of the pandemic, God did not refrain from speaking wisdom and his intentions to individuals and companies that were tuned to His frequency. He spoke even in such a dilemma where the world w...

GOOD GOD! HOW TRUE!?

Image
BLESS THE LORD oh my soul and all that is within me; The Lord’s Blessing makes rich and adds no sorrow; the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want; we are clay and He is the potter; Delight in the Lord and He shall give thee, the desires of thy heart; May the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Love of God and the sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit rest and abide with us etc.,... A warm welcome to my refined-thought-shelf. Please feel free to like, comment, and share as you are led. T hank  you! and you are always welcome to visit here again. We learned, through childhood to recite these familiar Bible verses by heart and believed so much in the potency of these words and much more in the Bible. For most of us, it has become a ritual just learning to recite and meditate upon these selected scriptures daily. Many have undoubtedly built their faith on these words. Some of which we learned from our parents, teachers and handlers.  Now we know better, that just simply meditati...

THE JOURNEY - EKO Corper

Some processes may seem tough, but I implore you to make the most out of it while you can. Join me as I take you through memory lane of how I enjoyed my NYSC days as a Lagos Corp member.  Time is surely a mystery. I remember how it all started with the anxiousness to get out of school, on tenterhooks to be posted after the NYSC registration. Haba!,   The patience was almost running out, but I certainly couldn't do anything. It was a case of seeking a miracle, hoping to get posted to places I wasn’t given the opportunity to select during my registration. Anxiety made me travel several states in my mind just to be protected from feeling disappointed when I finally get my posting letter. Finally, the long-anticipated wait was truncated as it was time to call at any cyber cafe of choice to print the Call-up letter. I almost lost my cool upon this realization. I finally summoned the courage to print and Eureka! I got a Lagos. Yeah!, Lasgidi aka Eko, lol . I had a mixed feeling of...

Becoming The Good-Half

Image
I am sure you are a lovable person. But have you tried initiating a chat with one who has track records of not knowing or attempting to know what it means to exude love, be loved or even validate your title as a lovable person?... Nice to have you visit here. I meant to express that I always look forward to having you stop by my refined thought-shelf. Come on, Shall we? I love the quip that says “two heads are better than one” or better put “two good heads are better than one”. And this saying has influenced several decisions around partnership of any sort which includes businesses, marriages etc. It originally says two being more preferred than one, never suggests having more than two isn’t a good idea. Two is a standard for establishing quality partnerships and goes further to admonish a healthy two for anything productive. Don’t you love and wish anytime you have something going, to be partnered with someone as equally sensible and one who ideates possibilities to achieving succes...

Even in the Strangest Experience...

God is never on hiatus over anything that concerns you. Be steadfast, be at peace and know that you are worth more than the birds to Him. Hello here! Do well to have a quick tour around my blog and drop a comment, and I would be honoured to attend to it. The piece you are about to ingest is inspired by Job’s encounter in the bible. But for some reason, I feel like many have either visited this terrain or are merely groping for light out of such unpleasant experiences. Unlike my other pieces, kindly permit me to focus about 7o% of our investigations or learning on the job’s account, would you? If you have visited the account of Job, you would for a moment be tempted to step into Job’s shoes to play the blame game when he lacked words or means to decipher or describe his predicament. Doing justice to our analogy is mentally applying ourselves in Job’s shoes to be simply empathetic. When you see an emotional movie to the point of getting emotional with the characters and seeing yourse...

The One-Chance of Life

Bad experiences do not rule out the ultimate plan God has for us, but a reminder that He will never leave us nor let us have such memory take the better part of our lives. Hello friends, it is amazing to always communicate here on the premise of purpose and knowledge. There are vast resources on this living planet, which could be utilized for the growth and development of our innumerable dreams and visions towards a healthy society and for eternal benefits. We should be aware that no experience come to us as a waste irrespective of our feelings and expectations. I personally picture every life’s event planned or unplanned as an opportunity to get a message, confirmation, counsel, or instruction from God. Reclining inwards is a mode that I take on to  worship and pray whenever I am caught in a seeming challenging situation. For we know  that every challenge or huddle we overcome ushers us into a greater challenge, and another until you earn mastery in your art of overco...
