I finally introduce to you 5 simple, healthy and most effective ways to start up the days of this month. You sure will enjoy the process all the way. In
as much as we need to get our hands on deck, it is expedient we stop a while to run a personal going-over on our health,
safety and environment (HSE). It
is spread across the above three; each of them can have a direct or indirect
impact on us, thereby retarding our pace to fulfillment. just as the saying; Health
is Wealth.
Shortly,
I will be introducing to you some refreshing tips to a healthy start up, this
month. This would help activate your body and soul. It promises to be
invigorating, enriching and of course practicable. You are welcome to make your
inputs as comments in this regard for others to learn the importance of having a healthy
lifestyle.

We
are surely progressing to the focus of our discussion. Please, redirect your
attention to your priority which is being here at this moment. Bravo! You just
did! that is why you obviously noticed a break after the word ‘moment’. Permit me to crave your indulgence;
in addition, my page is aimed at
encouraging and inspiring as much women that are ready to key in passionately
to the vision of my 3D’s. #BecomingAWoman is packaged for women but equally
welcomes men who understand that when a woman is developed both in health and in wealth, she becomes a better helpmeet to the
man and to the society at large. We welcome not just men but their reasonable
inputs as well. On that note, I do refer to women as “we”. Thank you! I thought this paragraph was necessary.
Every
woman of varying status often struggles with mix emotions on how to start up
her day, with astonishing anticipations or magical enthusiasm depending on her
mood. Time and again, when we ponder over moments between getting on deluged
duties of the day and probably heading out of the door, we get either perplexed
or hopeful; depending again on our Perception.
Looking
through few studies and research, I’ve collated better and “No-Side-Effects” ways to excellently and
healthily prepare you for this month and beyond. Yippee! I guess you are as
excited as I am, and that is why we should celebrate Health in-line with
healthy living principles and even provisions for a healthy lifestyle. I would
keep us abreast with health tips the whole of this month, to keep focus on
examining our health. It’s a collective responsibility. So I tell you now to
tell another woman to tell another woman and together we may just tell the
globe of women how essential it is for “the
woman” to live healthy.

1.
Activate
your senses and visualize your goals…
To
achieve this, you could draw some inspiration from your space (thoughts, bedroom, home etc.), by
filling it with soothing illuminations, most auspicious breath, colours with
radiance, admirable decorations with a well conducive atmosphere, where your
senses are awakened for the day. As much as I know finding your muse varies
with women and could be worrisome. For me, I always get motivation from the
quintessential Bible character and person of Queen Esther, studying her life is
a reminder to emulate her unparalleled courage and chutzpa. For another, it could
just be gazing at the ceiling or recounting some hilarious moments. All these
and more are what we engage in to garner momentum to pull through a successful
day. Activating your senses goes a long way to keep you expectant.
Try
to have a written or imaginative plan; visualize and try to get it replicated
in reality by implementing as stated, or at least attempting what you have in
the plan. If that is done successfully then, other tips would only keep the fun
going.
This
cannot be overemphasized as it is duly needed to mark promising days in this
month. Having done the mental exercise try to do this physical
exercise as you read... Stretch your body slowly; this loosens up your joints and
surges flexibility. This is exciting as you are thinking right now. This is
practicable.
Next
you mimic the way a cat wakes up by extending your spine and stretching out
your arms and legs, one at a time. Slowly stand up, inhale as you stretch, and exhale as you contract. Interestingly,
you didn’t see that coming but I want to believe you enjoyed the experience.
2. Focus a minute on your dreams and goals while you
indulge in a water massage since it’s been a mix of mental and physical
exercise. Remember they are feasible else I won’t recommend you try
them for the rest of the days of this month. Here you make a promise to
yourself to achieve something substantial for yourself. It could be having to
gaze at that project you had abandoned, finishing chores you had suspended, or
preparing your favourite delicacy. Something of grave concern to you.
There we go again, while pondering on this. Try to use your bath gel to cleanse your body
and your mind with a warm water. Use the pressure of the warm water to
stimulate your muscles, carefully massaging your skin. This can be done shower time. Most people get directions for the day during their shower time, where
they pay wrap attention to their minds.
3. Try to make it come
alive.
This
simply implies exercising your entire body, from the upper limb to the lower
limb. It is not right to just wake your senses and not energize your body.
Doing this as often as you can, demonstrates how importantly you prioritize
your health, understanding that it helps you feel light and good about yourself.
Choose your exercise wisely and stick to the practice. It could be doing some
armature stretches or dancing to a boogie tune. Just try to give the body some
current. Let us be readers and doers as well. We are almost
there.
4. Derive pleasure in skimming through a book(recipe, motivational, devotional, entertainment, etc.) while you break your
fast ; Allow
your mind after refreshing it during bath to wander to an entertaining memory.
You could envisage such memory by drafting thoughts and feelings about that
memory. You could travel a while to the world of fantasy just in a bid to get
your spark for the day, which could boost your morning wishes. Now the physical
exercise, while you wander through fantastic memory lane, fuel yourself with a
high-fibre breakfast, healthy lunch and dinner that would complement your
exercises for this period. It should include whole grains, fruit and low-fat
protein.
Adding fruit to your daily diet is very essential as you already know. I encourage you to make a culture the inclusion of any fruit, particularly cucumber or better a whole fruit salad to your menu. All tips here are tested and recommended for best and profiting practice.

5 Fight that fuzzy
feeling while you stride confidently to start the day.
Having
said all that, it’s quite simple and again feasible to achieve and consistently
follow these tips daily. We are able to build up courage and momentum in the
previous steps, now it’s more like nothing can stop us from getting healthily
fulfilled for the days of this month. Now we are ready to stride courageously this month and beyond. Be consistent, be innovative in your
